You don't have a time problem. You have a prioritization problem. Cut the B+ work and the A work has room to breathe.

How It Works

• Decide fast and move on. A 70%-confident call made now beats a 90%-confident one made later. Save slow deliberation for the rare one-way doors.
• Say no by default to good ideas. Almost everything on your list is a good idea. The bar is whether it's one of the three best uses of the next quarter. If not, decline.
• Delegate or drop everything outside your unique contribution. Defend what only you can do. Hand off, automate, or cut the rest, including work you're good at.

In Practice

Capacity is fixed, so leverage lives in subtraction, not addition. Saying yes to a B+ priority is saying no to an A priority by default, because the A work needed that hour and now doesn't have it. High performers aren't logging more hours; they're working on dramatically fewer things. The shortlist is short on purpose.
