You already know what to do.
You’ve bought the books. Highlighted the good parts. Felt the energy of a framework that finally explains something you’ve been trying to figure out. And then, somewhere between the last chapter and last Tuesday, nothing changed.
The ideas weren’t wrong. Atomic Habits is brilliant. The Gap and the Gain is correct. Vivid Vision works — for the people who actually use it. The research holds up. The frameworks are real.
The problem isn’t the knowledge. It’s the gap between “this makes sense” and “I actually do it.” Knowing a principle and installing one are two different operations.
Most of what’s in your highlights library is evidence of that gap. This isn’t a character flaw. It’s an installation problem.
The installation manual for the frameworks you already know.
Each book in the Accelerate10x series walks ten frameworks from principle to install. Not a summary. A structured pathway — with a workbook that builds toward a written 30-day plan you finish inside the book.
The frameworks are vetted through use, not selected for citation counts. The workbook questions are designed to produce outputs, not reflections. The goal is an installed system, not a highlighted one.
The Series
Three books. One system.
Become the person. Build the plan. Defend the momentum. The Accelerate10x Foundation is three workbooks read in order — who you become, the plan you run, and the obstacles you defend against — but each stands fully on its own.

The Identity Install
Install the Frameworks. Become the Person.
You've read the books and nothing stuck. The problem was never the advice, it was the install. Ten frameworks, walked from principle to the person you become.

The Quarterly Operating System
90-Day Execution. Written and Locked.
Same goals, same ninety days. One operator builds something real, the other rewrites last quarter's list. The difference is a system, and this workbook loads a complete one.

The Momentum Playbook
Defend the Momentum. Know Your Move.
Week one is always strong. Then the obstacles hit, each one predictable. Ten failure points, ten tested countermeasures, and your move decided before you need it.
A closer look
What each one installs, and what you walk away with.
Book One · Become the person
The Identity Install
Stop forcing the change. Become the person it comes from.
You've read the books, set the goals, kept the system for two weeks. Then quietly shelved it with the others. Discipline was never the problem. Behavior you have to force runs on willpower, and willpower runs out. Behavior that fits who you are runs on its own. The Identity Install is the missing step: ten proven frameworks walked from principle to practice, each paired with a workbook page, so you finish not with more highlights but a written 30-day plan built from your own answers.
By the last page you hold
- A claimed identity that makes the new behavior feel natural, not forced
- A designed environment that does the work willpower can't
- A written 30-day plan, built while you read and ready to run on Day 1
“This time the change holds. You became the person first.”
Book Two · Build the plan
The Quarterly Operating System
Stop re-setting the same goals. Run the system that finishes them.
Two operators start January with the same goals and the same ninety days. One ends the quarter with something built. The other ends it with a carry-forward list identical to last quarter's. The difference was never effort — it was the system between the goal and the result. Ambition arrives in years, but the work happens in days. The Quarterly Operating System builds the layer that bridges them: OKRs with real structure, a Priority Cut that kills every commitment but the three that matter, and a close ritual that feeds the next quarter. You finish the ninety days with something built, not another list to carry forward.
By the last page you hold
- A year-theme and three committed OKRs that survived the Priority Cut
- Weekly execution run on pre-decisions, not willpower
- Monthly Compass and Quarter-Close rituals scheduled before the quarter begins
“Ninety days that finally add up to something you built.”
Book Three · Defend the momentum
The Momentum Playbook
You don't need more motivation. You need to know your move.
You set a real goal. Week one is strong. Then the project turns out bigger than it looked, the first draft never feels ready to show, one missed day becomes two. The momentum quietly drains out of a plan that was working. None of that is a character flaw — each is a specific, predictable obstacle, and every one has a tested countermeasure. The Momentum Playbook is the field manual: ten failure points, ten proven responses, and a one-page defense you build as you read. When the obstacle arrives, your move is already decided.
By the last page you hold
- The ten obstacles that predictably kill momentum, each named and diagnosable
- A tested countermeasure paired to every one
- A one-page Personal Achievement Plan: ten if-then lines, decided before you need them
“This time you finish, because you've planned for every obstacle.”

A taste
What an installed framework looks like.
Framework
Behavior Follows Identity
The Promise
Stop trying to push different behavior with willpower. Claim the identity first, and behavior reorganizes itself around it.
How it installs:
- Name the identity before the behavior. Do not commit to "I will write 1,000 words a day." Commit to "I am a writer."
- Treat each behavior as evidence of the identity, not the goal. Each instance is a vote for who you are.
- Shrink the floor of evidence until it cannot fail. A two-minute session counts. Consistency reshapes identity faster than intensity.
In Practice
The most persistent failed habit attempts share a structure: the person is trying to perform the behavior while the identity remains unchanged. Switching the question from "how do I make myself do this?" to "who is the person who does this naturally?" often unlocks what the behavior-first approach could not.
Workbook — Reflection
What is the identity you’re trying to perform without having claimed it? Name it directly: “I am a ___.”
